chuggin w/ fuel gauge flippin out

my 98 laredo 4.0 chugs like a pinto or somethin idont know i have e3 plugs changed the crank sensor and it seems to be gettin worse does any one else have the same problem?

black smoke?????

i'm pretty sure its running rich but its fuel injected black smoke pours out of the exhaust when i gas it up

Junk the (junk) e3 plugs and get NGK's.... make sure your plug wires are going to the correct plugs.

Your crank sensor could be defective.
