I'm sure that this has been addressed already, but I'm not finding exactly what I'm looking for (at least, I don't think I am -- but, then, I've never been accused of being the sharpest knife in the drawer).
In any case, the A/C in my '99 Limited has stopped working -- mechs tried all sorts of fixes, but to no avail. The thought now is that the evaporator is bad and needs to be replaced. I can, of course, go buy the evaporator, etc. --- what I'm not certain of is, is there some documentation regarding removal of the dash in order to get to the thing so that I don't have to pay through my nose to have the mechanic doing all of the dash removal labor?

And, as an aside --- can't seem to track down a problem with my cigarette lighter and power port. Whenever I try to run devices on both (phone charger in one, GPS in another, etc.), it blows a fuse in one or the other (seemingly at random)... very frustrating...
