Default Brake fluid leak

I need help. My '99 GC Laredo 4.0 is losing brake fluid somewhere. No fluid on my driveway and no visible signs anywhere. I carry a liter bottle w/ me and top up 1/ month when the light comes on. My brakes feel like the front pads are low but they are new. Anyone have any ideas? I think I need to do a caliper rebuild on the front / rear. Is there a kit available and can a weekend mechanic o that job? TIA

you cannot rebuild the calipers yourself, or would you want to,as you can purchase rebuilds and give yours in as core for very little cash. And if you know how to bleed brakes its not that hard of a job either. Look real close at your inner wheels and parts surrounding the brakes. if you see any sign of moisture, then that will likely be the leak. its not often you will brake fuild dripping, it more seeps out and wicks into the surrounding metal and rust, kinda dissapating before actually dripping.

You're most likely losing your fluid from around the piston seal in 1 or all of your calipers. The fluid is hitting the rotor and getting slung in every direction of the compass while driving. When you shut the Jeep off in the driveway, you aren't mashing the brake pedal anymore so none leaks out while it is sitting.
