Hey all,
Quick question...I'm replacing my rear shocks next month. I found some Monroe Reflex shocks at Rockauto.com for $40 ea. Has anyone used these shocks? Opinions? Input?

This can be a highly opinionated question, but I have used those shocks numerous times before on my vehicles and others, and I would say they are a good quality shock. Seems like a good price too, but check locally to make sure. Sometimes these go on sale locally and might be comparible, you could save shipping but spend it on tax.

 

Yeah I already checked all the local auto parts stores. They all wanted $47-$50 ea. just for the Monroe Sensatrac's. If I recall, the starting price for the Reflex's were $55-$60. The shipping through Rockauto is only $8.62, our tax here is, I believe, is 6.25%...so even with shipping, it would be way cheaper to order them online. Ordering online, I can get both shocks, the replacement parking light assembly I need, and with shipping included, pay less than 2 Sensatrac's at a store which would be about $100 with tax included.
