Look at the factory down pipes. Those are the best thing to change. The one side has a crush part in it that is only about 1-1.5". We lose most of our power there. Headers are a good upgrade but they are spendy and hard to find for the ZJ. A good alternative to that is the 92-93 Dodge 5.2/5.9 manifolds. They are bigger than our stock manis and bolt right in. 2.25" manis to a true 3" Y and 3" all the way out back with hi flow cat and choice of muffler is the norm for exhaust on the 5.9s.

I got around 16 mixed with stock tires, not much less with 31's. I dont have a real accurate reading for 33's because my speedo is off so its a guess

 

Yea mines off to with the 31 s but not by much so i know I get what it says
