Sounds like my mortgage! The main reason Jeep was passed around was the whole world knows them as reliable vehicles and they sell hugely, especially in 3rd world countries. Fiat has taken that reputation and destroyed it!

 

This they have, let us not forget though, that even before they took it over, there were jeeps like the compass, patriot, and the like. Not deserving of the name if u ask me. I'm sort of up in the air on the liberty, I kind of like them, but haven't really known the engines to be extremely reliable. The 3.7 sucks in my opinion. Went to look at one and the lady was all, " it needs a bit of body work" what about the fact that it smoked like a freight train when it ran and you could literally smell the oil burning. No thanks. I'll stick with the 4.0 six anyday.
