AW4 swap
I stumbled onto an early 93 4.0L ZJ which was equipped with the superior AW4 when compared to the POS 42re trans.
Does anyone know for certain which parts are needed to swap an AW4 into a later model ZJ? Is this even possible to an OBDII ZJ?
Theres a chance i may just pick up the whole body shell and harness if in good condition and reasonably priced.
A write up converting with OEM parts would be greatly appreciated.
