When driving it shifts from 1 to 2 to 3 as normal, when shifting to 4 it is only in 4 a litle time (0,5 to 1sec) before it goes in lock, when it hits lock its drop 5-700 rpm and thats normal? When its in lock i must give much gas before it goes out of lock, but then it goes down to 3, not 4. Is this normal? If i put it in 3 it goes from 1 to 2 to 3 and then in lock, should it go in lock when not in D?

It is a 4 speed transmision. Yes the RPM changes when the torque converter locks and unlocks is normal. Giving gas causes a down shift. Changes in the road surface angle can cause it to lock and unlock. In fact if you were watch the tach long enough, you may even see it locking and unlocking as you run down the highway. It can do the lock/unlock thing in all gears.
