anyone changed from a cv style to u joint style driveshaft?

anyone changed from a cv style to u joint style driveshaft?
i am wanting to know if i can just switch my yoke out and run a joint style axle? ive done some searching but havent came up with anything yet. and also i havent had a single cv style d/s come through our shop, all been the joint style. oh, 95 zj 5.2
