As I was entering the high way, without any warnings all my dash lights came on and noticed that my high beams where on and really bright on the car in front of me, I panicked and turned off my headlights a second or so after all the lights on the dash turned off, I haven't done any work on the car nor have any special equipment on it, its all factory.

I have owned the car for over 5 years it's a daily driver and have never experienced this before.

Any ideas
