Alarm going off when door is unlocked

Alarm going off when door is unlocked
Had the drivers side door off to replace shorted wires to window switch this weekend. When I reconnected the battery, the lights flashed (no horn), but I was able to disarm by using the key in the drivers side door. (no fobs)
Now every time I unlock the door, the alarm goes off, including the horn and lights. I have to disarm the alarm in the drivers side door. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
