I have a 95 jeep grand Cherokee has the Infiniti speaker system the jeep came without a radio I'm it so I installed a alpine CD player and used the wiring harness from metra and everything works great BUT when you turn the volume up it will start skipping/cutting out then if you turn up more the speakers stop playing completely the radio and cd keeps playing just no sound I was wondering is factory Infiniti amp going bad? Do I need to by pass it since the new CD player has built in amp? I tried 2 different CD players and both did the same thing any help be great I saw that picture how someone by passed it that way but I could find what he stuck in the harness hookups or is there any adapter you can buy
