AD relay buzzing, and fuel pump

AD relay buzzing, and fuel pump
I have a 1999 GC, as of rescently the ASD relay and the fuel pump buzz/ stay on when the key is in the on position. they are suposed to shut off after a few seconds. I have checked the ground wires. Everything seems to be working except I am not getting any spark. fuel pressure is good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
