Okay so that annoying noise didn't go away after all that. Now ive finally figured out what's wrong but don't know what the poopy thing is called!!!! Help meeee!!!!!!!

Thats one of those actuators we talked about earlier. Where did you take it off? If it was on the passenger floor right at the center hump that one controls the temp ( temp blend door actuator )

It was on drivers side. Almost right behind the vent controls

I forgot what that one does, but it controls some part of where the air comes out, maybe the floor & vents. Anyway I dont they those are offered on the aftermarket parts end, so you might have to go to the dealer.

If you wanted to split that apart I think you will find a little plastic gear thats broken or stripped out. They kind of look like the servos on R/C cars inside.

My best friend told me its the actuator for the temp control.
