99 WJ Turn Signal Issues

99 WJ Turn Signal Issues
I just picked up a 1999 Grand Cherokee Laredo over the weekend and the front right turn signal isn't working. The rear works, but blinks fast. The dash indicator is also not working. Hazards will light up all lights except the front right and again no dash indicator. I've also replaced all the bulbs and the rear is still blinking fast. Would a new flasher relay fix this, or could this be a more complicated issue?

It's more likely the wiring or the light socket at that right front light. Or the ground for that light. I'd start there.
