Easy fix for around 50 bucks from NAPA. Two torx screws on the throttle body and you're done.

The IAC is that little black cylinder shaped thing at the base of the throttle body and pointed straight backward toward the firewall. Its easy to replace like mentioned above, just be carefull not to drop the screws.

Easy fix for most people, you should be able to find the part for less than $100 unless going to a dealer. You shouldnt need to pay a lot of labor either, maybe 1-1.5hrs max, including cleaning T/B, unless diagnostic charges are tacked on too.
