glad to hear that at least you know what the problem was make sure you torque all the bolts back to specs

 

OK back home from working out of town, it was the timing once we got it put back together it fired right up BUTT unfortunately the sounds of bent valves so... got the left side off and all the intake valves had made contact butt no piston damage so thats good. I'll get the right side off tonight and then go from there.

 

I'm glad you got the timing done that can be a hassel on the 4.7 L sorry to hear you bent a valve hope it just one and you didn't do any other damage those heads a very expensive
