99 GC 4.7 oil pressure problem. Please help!!!
I have a 99 grand cherokee laredo 4.7 and i noticed that the oil pressure went down to 20 when it was idling but when i was driving it the pressure was @ 40 or 50 so can anybody please tell me what could b goin wrong? All posts will b greatly appreciated, thanks.

RPM and oil pressure variation go hand in hand. oil temp will make a big difference also. 20 psi @ idle sounds good to me. my xj's 4.0 drops 10 psi at idle, from 30 to 20 that is, once the oil warms up after about 20min.
