Default 99 4.7 computer ??????

bought a 99 grand with a 4.7 in it .replaced the motor due to spun rod.installed a 4.7 from a 2000 Durango,it starts and runs but acts like its only hitting on 4 cyclinders.repalced the cam and crank sensors.had a friend run a scan on his computer not showing anything but it still wont run correct.the problem is only on the drivers side could it be the computer??? any help would be great

Check the cam sprockets, the cam sensor reads off of one of the sprockets and there was a change in the tone rings, not sure when the change was though. The new engine may have a different tone ring and is confusing the ECM
