My 98 ZJ 4.0 has no working dash lights or gauges. The abs light lights up when its started, but thats it. I've pulled the cluster and swapped with a known good cluster, didn't fix it. Cleaned the connector behind the cluster, didn't work. For a while, my gauges would work with the headlights turned on, but eventually stopped working all together. Fuse #17 (headlight switch) keeps blowing, I've replaced with a known good headlight switch, no change. I've checked every ground I know of and have found nothing. Does this sound like a bad BCM? Where else would you all look next to solve this problem.

 

I got the exact opposite issue my dash lights wont go out unless I pull the cluster fuse....People are telling me It is a BCM issue, I have yet to source one to confirm

 

I'm looking for a used BCM that matches my options. I won't buy new since its a dealer only part and about 450$
