hello all. Newbie here. I've done some research and this issue could be a few things. The car will randomly spudder while driving, seems to do it around time and when it happens it seems like it wants to stall and I can let go of the gas and go back on it and it goes away. It may not even do it for a few days so it's pretty random . Heard it could be the crankshft sensor but also fuel pump as well? Also at a quarter tank of gas it seemed to have ran out, the odd thing with that is it was reading normally then went to turn it on and it went to empty. The digit display was on 0 too. I put about 10 Gallons of gas in it and it says full which is off so could this be fuel pump issue assuming the sender and everything is part of that? Just bought it for cheap as a second car so new to jeeps, wanted the 4 liter to hopefully get a lot out of it.
I made a video of it, so in the beginning you can see it wanting to stall ( this seems new) but just giving it a little gas solves that, then pulling out into traffic it started to spudder and I ended up pulling through it, and then as it continues you can hear it do it and I didn't let off the gas and RPMs stayed the same then as soon as I let of gas and go back to it, it goes away

I would look at the fuel tank and fuel pump plug. check for broken or loose connection in or on the back of the plug and also look at the straps holding the tank under the shield. If the straps break, the tank can drop down against the shield and stretch the wiring and hoses.

I got some cleaner and was probably going to do that and plugs since I just recently got it and it has 143k on it. Wierd thing that has me thinking its something else is the gas thing that happened too. Ill obv start with the cheapest and easiest things. Is there a way to check the relay for the pump?
