Default 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Fuel Pump replace

My 97 Jeep GC Laredo needs a new fuel pump, I have found a few around the will fit.

The problem is I have come across some 2 pin and some 3 pin fuel pumps, any idea how many pin my fuel pump would be?

Are looking for the pump by application or by physical size?

Default some info

dude, look through your windshield at your vin # of your vehicle. it's either your 7th or 9th spot that will have either a letter S or a letter Y . that letter and the year / type of jeep along with your engine size , ought to be more than enough info for any idiot at the parts store to hook you up with the right pump. i got mine pretty easy with that limited amount of info. i have a 97 gc 4.0L as well. don't let them try to sell you some NASA specific crap. just get the fuel pump that has every thing already assembled together as one piece. i paid after taxes, $153.47 for my fully assembled one piece pump. people who cannot work on vehicles , work at auto part stores.

Default some info for you

to help you out faster, i took the difficult task of walking 3 feet and got out my receipt from advanced auto parts. the fuel pump part # is E7103MN. it costs $153.99. if you order/reserve the part online and enter the current promo code, you will save money. if not, your looking at $161.00 for the part. i would still verify the letter on your vin# first. then you can tell them you have as many pins as needed on your part.
