Red face 97 Jeep gr Cherokee mifire

I recently tuned up my straight 6. It keeps sputtering. The rpms drop to almost stalling and go back up . Codes keep sayin misfire on multiple, all cylinders.
i changed the plugs , wires, twice. Then distributor cap, rotor, coil pack , crank sensor and belt. It still sputtering n eventually it will read mifire. My inspection up end of Aug and i have tried everything we can think of. My mechanic n everyone else cant think of what next.
ANYONE !!! PLEASE !!!

Sound like it might be a BCM (Body Control Module) issue. Do your interior lights stay on after you lock the Jeep, even after 60-120 seconds, depending on how it's set? If so, it's a BCM problem.

sounds like you have two problems going on at the same time, check inside the driver door sock for broken wires, you can get a quick idea by removing the lower kick panel on the driver side floor and tugging on the wires individually to see which ones are broken or frayed.......the BCM controls the door lock function as programmed and may be working correctly, but the relay to the door locks could be faulty or loosing ground.

My 98 did this also, turned out to be loose bolts holding the drivers door latch mechanism inside the door.

You mention a circuit board in the door that ws fried and fuses with no power. I would track down those fuses via a factory service manual. I am not aware of a circuit board in the door, the windows, door and window lock buttons are on a module in the door, did you replace the module>? if not I would suggest doing so with one from a junk yard
