Default 97 Grand Cherokee Limited turn signal issue

Hello everyone, I'm brand new to the site and need some help with my 97 Grand Cherokee Limited. The turn and hazard signals do not work. I've checked the fuse and it's fine. I can't hear a relay clicking. I'm not sure if it uses a flasher or a relay. I'm not even sure where either of them would be located. I found the relays with the fuse panel next to the passenger's floor board, but they are not labelled. I could really use some help if anyone has experience with this. Would a remote starter issue have anything to do with the problem? Thank you.

Is there an aftermarket alarm on this Jeep?

In the fuse box in the right side kick panel, Relay B is listed as an Electronic Flasher. It is square in shape and is in the row closest to the firewall second from the top. The top cavity is empty. You said you checked the fuses and they're fine so I won't give you those. Here's the complete wiring diagrams for the ZJ if you need them: Jeep Wiring diagrams
Hope this is helpful.
And Welcome to CF.

Exactly!!! A good way to tell if it is the flasher is to turn the flasher on... Then go and "knock" on the relay. This should make the relay click. If it does its the relay.
