Slow cranking at start up when cold and hot replaced cables still cant figure out is it the starter cylinoid going out.

It spins just fast enough to catch and start been doin it for months and in the morning if I dont warm it up for 15-30 min it will literally go 15 mph for about 5 blocks then it picks up speed its awd with front drive shaft removed becuz the joint went bad but it was doing it even before the drive shaft removed its got either a 3-4 inch lift and 31's is a pump gone bad in the tyranny battery reads fine
