I was having the exact same issue you were having. Come to find out ,Ecm fuse was blown, put a new one in it and blowed it. I looked underneath and o2 sensor wires were melted which were causing a short, so everytime you tried to start it kept blowing fuse. I just unhooked 02 sensor and put a new fuse in and fired right up
