94 Laredo 5.2l Overdrive not working

Please consider posting in normal, not bold, it is easier to read.
Start w/ getting the correct FSM for the vehicle. My preference is a printed volume, but others like the PDF.
The overdrive (4th gear) is actuated when the solenoid in the valve body is energized.
The overdrive is disabled by the dash switch. When the OD is enabled, the PCM uses sensors that determine when to energize the OD solenoid.
My suggestion is to use the FSM to restore the original configuration.
