I have 94 grand cherokee 5.2 v8 awd. It stalls when ever it please, in no specific way, time, speed or load. Its usually fine for the first 8 miles or so. Then the rpms will hit the floor
. Starts fine ever time. when the problem first arised, the Jeep wouldn't start at all until the engine cool down, but now starts every time. I have a very expensive obd2 tester, which displays no codes. My family is all mechanic, but we are stumped, we could use some advice, we checked all wiring for ohms of resistance, check relays , feul pressure, all checked oout. But one thing I do want to bring to your attention is that the voltage gauge inside the truck will fluctuate with acceleration. Is that normal?

My son had a 93 that stalled at times. I changed the egr valve and it was fine after that. The plastic housing was melted on it. You might have to do swap-nostics. Good luck.

So here is what i have changed, altenator, cps, cam sensor, cap and rotor, im lost!!!

Always go to the fuel pump and pressure as a likely culprit....

Check wiring connections between battery and PDC and plugs into PCM. I experienced issues both places wiht my 96 ZJ.

Change the TPS , seemed to have resolved the issue, thanks for the help every1
