Update:

I replaced the crankshaft sensor. Then as I went to start the Jeep, I seen a good bit of fuel spay out underneath. I checked the fuel lines and noticed one line was broken in half. I did a quick fix with a regular high pressure hose "not the recommended nylon" and doubled down the clamps.

I also took the PCM out and cleaned it. I noticed there is nothing to repair in the PCM as everything is under that thick coating, but I cleaned all the contacts.

I put the battery back in and the Jeep started up very quickly. However, now it runs very rough. All the plugs and wires are new.

Going to go back and check it out Monday and try and get a proper fuel.
