Default 93 grand cherokee Le Blinker relay

I can't find the blinker relay on my 1993 jeep grand cherokee LE. I may be blind or naive, but I would greatly appreciate anyone's advice.

Thanks

From AllData:

On Cherokee, Comanche and Wagoneer, the fuse panel is located on the lefthand side of the dash panel. The turn signal flasher is located at the upper left corner of the fuse block. The hazard warning flasher is located at the lower right corner of the fuse block.
On Grand Cherokee, the fuse panel is located on the righthand side of the dash panel. The turn signal and hazard flashers are located on the convenience center which is located on the lefthand side of the dash panel.

I found fuses there, but no signal relay. I believe it's the relay I need, seeing as my signals stick on without flashing. I tried checking to see if a blinker bulb is out, but all 4 lights stay on. I next checked the hazards to see if they stick, but they flash just fine. The relay is the only other device I can think of that would cause this.

Found it! For those who may be in the same pinch, the relay is under the steering column. Bottom, left panel can be removed with a couple Phillips screws and it's a bit jammed up there. Feel both relays as you click the hazards on the one that doesn't click is the one you replace. Thank you for your insight and willingness to help, alldata
