Default 93 gc wiper speeds

There is something wrong with my wipers.
They function but only on low or high, the delay setting does not work at all.
When I stop the wipers by putting them in delay, or off, they immediately stop where they are. They are not 'parking' at the bottom of the windshield.

I removed the intermittent wiper box from behind the drivers side kick panel and cleaned it up. This did not solve the issue.

Was going to pick another one up from an auto wreckers but was wondering if there are any relays I should try testing that could be the cause as well?

Thanks

Picked up a wiper relay from an auto wreckers, and replaced the old one.

This solved the problem.

fixed it!! turned out not to be a relay, but the actual intermittent wiper circuit board by the drivers side kick panel. Had to solder a burnt out strip
