U werent rambling at all* i thank u very much for the info, very good to learn.so thank u, i was thinking that since im not getting the ggrd signal from the pcm, is it not a bad pcm? I have replaced everything else? Thanks again!

Just looking around I've noticed there is a radiator fan relay system in my model and they are a bit more complex than the traditional box with 5 blades on them. Might see if you can locate that and do some testing on it.

Another option may be to have your PCM rebuilt. I've heard good recommendations about these guys; http://siaelec.com/product/jeep-ecm-ecu-repair-return/

FWIW, I removed the manual switch from the electric fan circuit in my vehicle and installed a manual clutch and fan. It does seem to hold temps around 210-215, but I don't have extended driving time on it in traffic, idling in drive throughs, or summer temps yet. I would like to get the electric functional as well.
