5.9 Limited Cooling Sensors

I am looking for some ideas from whome ever might be able to help.
I have a 5.9 limited that has cooling sensors that are bad and Jeep no longer make and the autoparts store does not list them. They still make the sensor for a 5.2 but the 5.2 only has one sensor, and the 5.9 has two - 1 in the top radiator hose and the 2nd is in the bottom hose. The 5.9 and 5.2 are two diff. part #'s.

Any ideas on were and alt. part that will work.

I'm not sure I understand what you are calling "cooling sensors". Are these temp sensors for the guage or cooling fan or what is their funtion?

There is two cooling Sensors, 1 is in the top Radiator hose and the 2nd is in the bottom Radiator hose. The display inside the Jeep reads Cooling Sensor is bad, but Jeep no longer make and nobody carries them or list them.

The 5.2 only has one and its in the Bottom Radiator Hose

The VIC say says "Coolant Sensor Bad" ? That is super common and from what I gather, a problem with the VIC, not the sensors.

it's usually bad solder joints on the vic itself, also it is referring to the coolant level sensor in the overflow bottle

On your 5.9L, the sensor in the top hose triggers the cooling fans low temp speed setting, and the sensor in the bottom hose triggers the fans high temp speed setting.
