5.9 axles in 4.0

The only nice thing about scoring the 5.9 axles is the gear ratio (LSD in the rear as well, meh). If I were in your position I'd just get a 8.25" and swap the discs from a ZJ or get a 8.8 from a Ford Explorer and regear. The Dana 30 in the 5.9 is low pinion like the 2000 and 2001 XJ's. I'd stick with the HP you should have now.
