5.2l runs then dies after 10 min. computer prblm?

I bought a 95 Grand cherokee off a freind. Its got a funny prblm.. First brining it home. my gf was driving it and it died about half way home.. 10 min drive and wouldnt start.. came back an hour later and started rite up..
Changed the thermostat. then did a rad flush and I had it running for 30 mins here and there.. never died.. thought I was good to go. started heading up the mountain. died about 10 mins up.. wouldnt start.. left it for an hour and a bit.. started rite up again.

I think its a computer prblm. or maybe a sensor. great engine.. but cant seem to stay on too long.. ANY IDEAS?.. gonna test sensors till I find something funky..

sounds like maybe your fuel pump is on its way to the dump. Not sure exactly how to them, but sounds like it to me.

I also have a 95 GC and it had the same problem you are describing. It turned out that it was the MAP sensor it cost around 290 but it runs great now if not better hope this helps.
