So, once winter weather here in CT leaves I plan on changing my my transmission filter/fluid on my 94 ZJ V8 46RH tranny. Also, I was looking at doing a temp gauge for the tranny, just because it hit 156k a few days ago and would like to monitor it a little better (how easy is it to do gauge??) as well I was searching around on the idea for a mag-hytec type transmission pan, considering I heard they help keep the tranny a little cooler with their design (if that's even true). But my question about the mag-hytec pan, is that possible just because all the buying options only say for a 46RH tranny on a Ram, and I'm not sure if they pans are the same or not and I don't want to pay $250 for the pan and just have to return it because it didn't fit..lol..lastly, what type of fluid is best to put in the tranny??
