Hey everyone, hopefully i can get some help here and stop losing my hair over this jeep.

Recently i've replaced my radiator about 3 days after i got 6 codes! My trani seems to be having a little trouble shifting/getting to speed. It is an automatic and i seem to have a small trani fluid leak near the cooler lines on the passenger side. The codes below are what i'm getting on my reader. hopefully they are individual issues and not all stemming from something bigger.

P0174 - fuel system/ 1 lean
p0340 - Camshaft position sensor (bank 1 sensor 2)
p1391 - loss of crank or cam
p0442 - Evap med. leak
p1499 - Hydro fan solenoid
p0456 - Evap small leak

From that list i have found the source of the issue with codes P0456 and P1499. My evap leak is caused by cracks in the fittings on rubber lines, and my hydro fan is missing the fan relay fuse. Car run's and drives but is having a terrible time shifting and getting to speed.
