My dads an 4.7 oil pan rotted through. He was under the impression the motor needs to be jacked up. Did some research of my own and am seeing it can be done by dropping axle, diconnecting some suspension on drivers side and steering and maybe exhaust. Sorry I'm sure this has been covered but I haven't owned a GC in a few years and I only frequent the XJ forums. Could someone link a good thread on it. Need to figure out the easiest way if I do it or cheapest if he pays someone to. Thanks
