Red face 31" tires on stock Grand Cherokee?

A buddy of mine gave me a set of 4 Goodyear Wrangler Territories, 31x10.5x15. Will this fit on my stock Jeep or will I need to lift it or install spacers?

If so, would you recommend a lift or spacers? Any size or brand better? I'm looking for something affordable, not really looking to dump a lot of money into her, since I need tires badly and these were given to me for free, plus now I have an excuse to make my Jeep look badass!

Or would cutting out the fenders just be easier/cheaper? -- as long as it doesnt look too terrible, this is my daily driver (turned part time mud toy once I get these tires on, some way some how)

Any opinions are appreciated
Someone with similar experience and issues that could help would be awesome!

you will need at least a 2 inch BB to fit those tires

31's work well with my OME spring lift, which is about 1". I need to limit the steer stops someday to prevent rubbing at full turns. Also, my bumper is trimmed along the fog light lines.

I think a set of 2" spring spacers should be sufficient.
