Do you think a regular band saw would work for the plastic?

Long as you think you can make a square cut. Or if you have the ability to square it up on a sander or something .....

I have no idea ... you didn't buy them from me.

I'd guess around 3.5-4 inches in diameter ?

horizontal band saw FTW. Or put em up in a vise, either way diameter shouldn't matter cause your cutting off an inch length-wise.

FYI,V8 front coils will not lift the front of a 4.0,if thats what you were implying.

front to rear swap is when you put the front coils from your jeep on the rear, this will give you around 3.5" lift in the rear. Then you will need to buy lift coils for the front, this is IRO's F>R kit http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merch..._Code=IR-Z_3LK

The 4.0 is a heavy motor, not much lighter at all than the 5.2 that is why the V8 coils won't really give you any lift, maybe just a bit more stiffness. You could try and find some used up-country coils and 2" spacers, this would give you around 3"

IRO is the only company that i know of that sells an actual front to rear kit. They are the absolute best quality at the best price IMO. You could just buy front lift xj/zj springs and try to piece together other parts you would need but they usually doesn't work out any cheaper unless you get used parts
