2012 blend door actuator

2012 blend door actuator
i replaced the gear and when i went to put back together i noticed the actuator just sits there n keeps spinning clockwise on its own and the temp know will not control it also it shuts fan off whike its moving dpnt know what to do. i also replaced the actuator and does same thing
