Our 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland has developed an issue where it has squatted down a few inches and rides really rough. My guy told me to get 2 valves, (RMT Air Suspension Elbow repair kit). that he replaced and it didn't fix the issue.
Is this park of the park assist? What needs to be checked next?

Hello there, you say squatted, on all corners or just front or certain corner? Does the suspension elevate at all? Are you getting a service suspension message, that would point at a leaking system. Get a bottle of soapy water and spray bags the culprit shock, looking for bubbles. I recently dealt with this issue and had to replace front air shocks. Also do you have access to scanner?

 

Your guy is throwing parts at it. If it's fully squatted and riding like a brick, the air springs have failed or the compressor is dead and can't fill them. Those little elbow valves are for leaks, not total system failure. Stop messing with it and convert it to a standard coil spring kit. It's cheaper and way more reliable than dumping money into that factory air ride.
