we have a 2011 grand that seems stuck in 4 low. this has the **** to select snow, mud, etc then a button to go into low. lights are on on the dash service 4x4, traction control off. nothing we try does anything.

Not super familiar with newer Grand Cherokees. Did you try putting in whatever your 2 wheel drive selection is and back up to see if it disengages?

 

its all buttons so yes we tried all the buttons none do anything.

Hey I have the same issue with mine too how did you fix the issue with your Jeep?

 

I would assume it has something to do with the electric shift motor being either burnt out or jammed. Common problem from what I've heard.

Rockauto carries it. $347. Ouch! OE Mopar part. This is why I still drive a 2000.
