Yesterday day jeep wouldn't start, turn the key, nothing. Tried again hours later, and it started without a problem. Today, still starts perfect, no noise, no problems at all. Battery and alternator check out fine according to my multimeter. Did some googling and a corroded wire was mentioned. Is this more likely the culprit than the starter itself? I couldn't reach it because of the splash shield, and I didn't have the tools to take it off. the car is at my daughter's house a few miles from here. I'll probably have the car here later.
