2007 jeep grand cherokee limited v8 4.7L ac clutch and radiator fan will not turn on

2007 jeep grand cherokee limited v8 4.7L ac clutch and radiator fan will not turn on
hi, no one can figure this out lol, please help:
2007 jeep grand cherokee limited
v8
4.7L
ac blows hot
ac clutch engages manually
changed high switch
all relays, wires, fuses checked
new ecu computer
radiator fans (fans by grill will not turn on & engine sometimes starts to overheat)
refrigerant & charge checked multiple times
funniest this is: IT ALL WORKS PERFECTLY WHEN YOU HOOK THE COMPUTER UP TO IT FROM THE FRONT SEAT AND INSTRUCT IT TO WORK MANUALLY
please help you have no idea what a pain this has been

Engine: 4.0, new lifters valve job with new springs and exhaust valves, preload set with shims
um, low on refrigerant? does it come on when you jumper the low pressure switch? then most likely it's low
