Default 2005 won't start after plug change!

I just replaced the plugs on my '05 GC, and now it won't start. All I get is clicking when I turn the key, and the radio and other electronics don't work. I carefully made sure each plug was gapped to .04, used anti-sieze on the threads, and dialetic grease in the coils. I made sure I carefully inserted each plug and turned slowly so I didn't cross thread. I also put everything back together as I took it apart.

I also get the following message in the message display "service elec brake system"

What did I do wrong!?

Glad you found out what the problem was, but just a sugestion for future reference. I NEVER use anti seize on anything to do with my engine. I'll tell you why. first of all, the anti seize makes it a lot easier to tighten, which, if your not careful, and sometimes even when you are careful, you will strip out the treads. Watched a friend do it to his car. Can you imagine stripping out the treads to the spark plug holes in the block!?! also, using anti seize on spark plugs can cause them to back out later. the amount of stress they go through in immense. If a spark plug can back out, trust me IT WILL! this isn't has bad as stripping the threads, but if you have a loose plug and it vibrates in the hole, it too will eventually strip all the threads from the block and the plug.

Ya I found that out the hard way. I had an eclipse spyder gs and I had that thing setup with tons of money in it. Well I bought some new plugs and the guy told me with platinum plugs you need the anti seize crap and I put it on their and 3 weeks later my motor had a missing cylinder. I had it tested a couple times and the same code. I noticed when I hit the gas it jumped real bad. So I took the plugs out and come to find out one of my plugs had backed out almost all the way and covered my plug in oil and I cleaned it off real good and used a small rod with a rag on the end and cleaned the chamber out and put them back in and my car worked like a champ after that till a girl ran a red light and t-boned my drivers saide and totalled my car but I have my jeep so it's all good

FYI I talked to the auto zone guy and he said he was supposed to tell people to use it but he doesn't use it either lol

Cool

You only use neversieze on spark plugs that are going into a cast IRON head, aluminum and neversieze makes for a bad chemical reaction. .......called foreversiezed ! There is such a thing as proper spark plug torque.
