2005 jeep grand cherokee power issue

2005 jeep grand cherokee power issue
Changed battery. I did use a battery saver in obd2 port. Now I have problems that started immediately:
Obd2 port not working
blinkers not working
Speedometer not working.
Ground strap seems to attached. fuses seem to be okay also. Ideas??
