2005 Grand cherokee idle issues

I just replaced my EGR valve on my 4.7l after the check engine light came on for EGR and it stalled at a stop light. It is still stalling at idle? but the engine light is gone. what am i missing?

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

If it stays running with your foot on the gas, but stalls without your foot on the gas, replace the IAC motor.
