If I remember correctly once again all WJ use the same bolt pattern, so 1999 and up. If I am wrong someone will chime in soon enough. Try using the Search option on the bolt pattern or interchangeable rims for your WJ

99-04 grand cherokee's (wj's) have the 5x5 bolt pattern,if you are looking to get factory wheels those are the only compatible grand cherokee years. Also, JK (07-present) wranglers have the same bolt pattern as do WK's (05-10) grand cherokee's and XK's (commanders) though the latter have slightly different offsets i believe. Having said all that,you can always get 5x4.5 to 5x5 wheel adapters/spacers and make the 18's you want fit.
I have a 04 jeep grand cherokee laredo, and my buddy has sum rims that are 5x4.5 bolt pattern that came off his 04 wrangler. I was curious if they'd fit on my cherokee? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Nope. Here are all of the Jeeps with 5x5 bolt patterns:
* '99-'04 WJ Grand Cherokee
* '05-'10 WK Grand Cherokee
* '11+ WK2 Grand Cherokee
* '06-'10 XK Commander
* '07-'18 JK Wrangler/JK Wrangler Unlimited
* '18+ JL Wrangler/JL Wrangler Unlimited
Any rims from those vehicles are a "direct fit" to a '99-'04 Grand Cherokee WJ. In fact, I currently have '07 16x7" Wrangler JK alloys on my '02 WJ Grand Cherokee... those 16x7" "Silverblade" rims they used on the WJ's tend to oxidize inside the spokes, and are a royal pain to clean.
Hope this helps.
