Exclamation 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Left Tail Light not Working

Hello, it's been awhile. I've hit a wall with a problem and after $100 worth of parts, not sure what to do next.

2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, 2WD and 6 Cylinder engine.

Long story short, my right tail light on the vehicle was not lighting up. I pulled it and found that that maybe the sockets were bad (it was scorched really bad and the bulb's lens was black (not blown), so I bought a batch of those to replace. Immediately it then began to trip and blow the brake lamp fuse (Fuse 23 on the fuse box). I then saw that the socket for the brake light was somewhat melted, so I bought a new circuit board, and put in new bulb sockets. It stopped blowing the fuse and started working without issue.

But now the left tail light started doing the exact same thing. I put new sockets into that, no change (it wasn't blowing the fuse, however). I got another circuit board and replaced, put all the new sockets in. It's doing the same exact thing now. The old board looks like it started to melt on the brake light socket too, but not as prevalent on the first board.

One thing I did look at was the third brake light, which did have a blown bulb. I checked this multiple times and even put in a new bulb (some other forum posts mentioned this, but it looks like it blows the bulb for this as well. Wiring looks sound and gives a return signal if you use a wire tester.

I'm using stock Sylvania 3157 bulbs for the socket. I've not 100% ID'd the bulb that was in the 3rd brake light socket originally, and have left it disconnected for the time being.

Any help or insight would be appreciated. The wire harness coming out of the rear tail light to the module looks intact.
